Age Policy
If you look under 21 you will be asked for ID. A passport or driving license will do. If you cannot provide these you will be asked to leave the premises. We will be happy to provide you with a citizen card application form.
Behaviour
We will not tolerate abuse. Staff and customers have the right to work in and use our facilities without the threat of physical or verbal assault. Offenders will be prosecuted.
Complaints Procedure
Storeys Amusements has a complaints procedure in place, if you require a copy, please ask a member of our staff.
